Terms of Service — Hati Peptides

1. Research-Use-Only Agreement

All products sold by Hati Peptides are strictly for in vitro research purposes only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher aged 18 or over, and that the materials purchased will be used solely for laboratory research and will not be administered to humans, animals, or any living organism.

Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or veterinary diagnostic, therapeutic, or preventative use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using this website, you represent that you meet these requirements. Misrepresentation of age or intended use may result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reasons. Payment is accepted via bank transfer (UK Faster Payments) or USDT (ERC-20) on the Ethereum network. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

For bank transfers, payment must be received within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders not paid within this period will be automatically cancelled and stock released.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to UK addresses only. Delivery is via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are 2-3 business days (Royal Mail 48) or 1-2 business days (Royal Mail 24). Free delivery is available on orders of £90 or more.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs (for NI orders).

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we can only accept returns on unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return postage for ordinary eligible returns. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Hati Peptides will provide a prepaid return label where a return is required.

6. Referral Programme

Hati Peptides offers a voluntary referral programme. By participating, you agree to the following terms.

How it works. Existing customers receive a unique referral code. When a new customer places their first order using that code, they receive 10% off the subtotal. The referrer earns £5 in store credit, credited after the referred order has been verified as successful and shipped.

Eligibility. Referral credit is available to customers with at least one completed order. The referred customer must be a first-time buyer — existing customers cannot use a referral code. One referral code use per customer. Referral credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

Payouts. Store credit is applied manually after we verify the referred order has been paid, shipped, and is not subject to dispute, chargeback, or cancellation. We reserve the right to withhold credit if the referred order is refunded, cancelled, or appears fraudulent. Credit is applied to the referrer's account and may be used toward future orders.

Anti-fraud. We monitor referral activity for abuse. The following behaviours are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral credit and potential account termination: creating multiple accounts to generate self-referrals, using referral codes on orders that are later cancelled or refunded, sharing referral codes via spam or unsolicited messages, or any attempt to game, manipulate, or exploit the programme.

Modification and termination. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice. Existing earned credit will be honoured for 90 days after programme termination. Referral codes expire 6 months from issuance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Hati Peptides and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hati Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the liability.

You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of all research materials purchased from us. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hati Peptides from any claims arising from misuse of our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
