Our return policy for research-grade peptide reference materials. We stand behind the quality of our products with a straightforward 14-day return window for unopened items.

Eligibility
Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, we can only accept returns on unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all research materials we supply.
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons. Each product must retain its original COA seal and batch number for traceability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
We may request return of the damaged item for quality analysis. In this case, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- 2Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
- 3We will review and approve eligible returns within 24 hours
- 4Pack the unopened item securely in its original packaging with the COA included
- 5Ship to the return address provided in our approval email
Customers are responsible for return postage for ordinary eligible returns. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Hati Peptides will provide a prepaid return label where a return is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Bank transfer orders: refunded via bank transfer to your account
- Cryptocurrency orders: refunded in the original cryptocurrency at the current exchange rate
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original sealed packaging
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Special order or custom synthesis items
